MNG03217 Review of Journal Article- Management

The following assessment aims to highlight the necessity to differentiate between different types of leadership when deciding which is required for developing engaged employees based on awareness and respect of group diversity. It begins the development of Cultural Competence Learning Outcome and Graduate Attribute by facilitating students’ preliminary knowledge and awareness about the different types of leadership required to engage a diverse employee workforce.
